The laptop is great and is very fast. The only complaints I have after using it for almost a year for engineering schoolwork is that it is sometimes slow to start up or wake up after being closed for a while. Also, the pen to write on the screen does not have a cord like some other combination laptop tablets. But all-in-all, this is a great laptop and tablet with a lot of processing power. Ease of Use Very easy to use, keyboard is very good and whole package is durable. Battery Life Battery still lasts for around 5 hours. Support & Service Have not had to deal with this. Speed/Performance Very fast except when booting up. Design Rugged and functional design. Durability Laptop has been dropped and roughly handled sometimes. Still functions and looks perfect.
