I purchased this laptop in spring of 2009. It was a great laptop at that time. It had a large screen and great visual display. The keypad is a little awkward for lots of typing, and I had several of the keys fall off. Disclaimer: I had toddlers! I am sure if this laptop would have been purely for adult use, it would have held up a lot better. I did have a hard drive crash after about 3 years and the new hard drive I have in it is getting slower and slower. If you just want a laptop for pinterest, Facebook and email with very little hard storage needed, it would be a good little computer for you. Because I had other needs, it is beyond its time in storage, ram, and efficiency. Laptops only have about a year before they become ancient in this very innovative market. Battery Life This laptop has a very hard time functioning away from the battery for very long periods of time. Support & Service I was able to get a new hard drive within a few days of my hard drive crashing. Speed/Performance It is not near the capability of laptops now but did great at the time.

  Bought the laptop more than a year ago. The battery had gone dead, need to be charged everytime when using. The keyboard has a weird feeling when typing using it. No recommend for user who needs the laptop for doing lots of typing. The graphics is ok, still can play many games at a low graphic option. Overall, the laptop is just ok.
