I almost didn't order from this company based on the reviews here. I'm glad I didn't listen. My first order was a pair of gloves and goggles. Great products and the shipping was as fast as anywhere I have shopped online. Next I thought I'd take the leap and order a jacket, risky proposition since the sizing reviews vary wildly even on their website. I reviewed the sizing chart and and went with the reccomendations of one size up. Boom- not even CLOSE!! I thought- okay, here's where we test the customer service aspect. Followed the directions (I have an irritating habit of doing that) and sent it in for exchange. Didn't call anyone or write e-mails calling them "poopyheads" or anything. Just sent in the jacket with the paperwork. 5 days later the Fedex guy shows up at my door with the best fitting, best quality leather jacket I've ever had (and I've had a few!!). I would have run into the same problem as a couple of these reviewers if I didn't have that irritating habit of verifying before I order (I.E: Paypal address being different because of a move. Gotta check that stuff friends!). Also to address the helmet breaking. I've ordered 2 helmets (not Hawk) and they're great- but THAT IS NOT LEATHERUP!!! That's the manufacturer. And no- I'm not a "plant" as one reviewer insinuated. Can't a guy be a satisfied shopper? Just goes to show the old business model is true to form. If a customer is satisfied he will tell another person, If he is dissatisfied he will tell 10 more people.
