Leap Pads are great, but there should only be one kind.

My Leap Pad Plus Microphone is great...now that I realize there are so many different kinds of Leap Pads.  There is the Leap Pad Plus Microphone, Plus Writing, Quantum Leap Pad...The cartridges and books look alike, but you need to be very careful that you are buying one that will work on your system.  Unfortunately, the Plus Microphone seems to have the fewest cartridges available.  I've made the mistake of buying ones that didn't work for mine, also.  The game itself is great.  It combines entertainment and learning all in one.  It's very nice for car trips, because there's not a lot of pieces.
