Helps with picture association., Teaches counting, Encourages parent/child interaction, 3 settings to keep child interested

Cons

Pages need to be pressed on hard., difficult for a child to use alone

LeapFrog Little Touch Leappad —

The Little Touch Leappad is great for teaching your little one. Three different stages for different ages helps your child continue learning and not get bored with the books. The books are drool-proof and tear-proof. A big plus for the 6-18 month childeren! While I love helping my daughter play these books it would be nice if she could do it by herself sometimes. You have to press GO each time you turn a page, but you have to press HARD! Same with the pictures on the pages. It would be more enticing to children if they could make the noises themselves. Despite the drawbacks I would recommend this toy to parents willing to play with their children.
