Most HelpfulWe have two Leap Frog Lily toys. One is small that attaches to her stroller or carrier. The other is a doll. My daughter has loved to play with her Lily since she could lift her neck and smile. Lily mostly teaches numbers with music and other objects. This style of learning I can say first...

Most HelpfulThis toy didn't keep my baby's interest and he didn't find it very "cuddly" either. I bought it when he was just a few months old and maybe that is where I went wrong - an older baby might be more interested in pushing the buttons and will learn from it. Right now it just sits in a corner and it...
read full review »Leapfrog has done it again. Wow what a fun frog. The music isnt too loud and oh how I love the kiss sound and the I love you. Toddlers and preschoolers can learn some colors and shapes and listen to fun music with this cuddly frog. There is a daytime version and a night time version. Even a little bit of time meaning, nite nite time in one minute or five minutes, etc. The shapes light up and encourage your child to interact and play with Tad. Whether your child is a newborn or even a preschooler, this toy is a wonderful addition to your collection. So if you would like a cute, soft, cuddly and educational...
read full review »I don't know what I would do with out the Leap Frog Hug and Learn Baby Tad. I have been using mine since I brought my daughter home from the hospital, and it has been a life saver.
Baby Tad is easy to use for both parents and babies. His night time/sleep mode is hes best feature (as far as my experience goes). You just press the night time button on his right hand and he plays lullabies while the colorful shapes on his "bib" light up to the music. The music is very soothing and works like a charm putting little ones to sleep. You can determine how long the music plays by pushing the...

read full review »I bought the LeapFrog Hug and Learn Baby Tad for my granddaughter when she was seven months old. The suggested age for this stuffed toy is between the ages of six months to three years old. My granddaughter is now two and still plays with this stuffed toy.
The toy plays music with ten popular songs along with 10 minutes of classical music. The activities includes the alphabet, numbers one to fifteen, first words, motor skills, language sounds, sensory exploration, and parts of the body.
In general LeapFrog sells high quality toys you can count on and trust. The LeapFrog Hug and Learn Baby...
read full review »This toy is a blessing... we've had it for three years now and I can't imagine how difficult bed time would be without it.
For the last thre years, my son has enjoyed bed time thanks to Baby Tad's lullabye music. You can set the timer from anywhere to 1-6 minutes of music; after watching me set the timer for a while my son started setting it himself when he needed more music to fall alseep - it's that easy! (You just push one of his paws 6 times for 6 minutes of music... pushing one of his feet turns the music off).
We don't use it much during the day (since it's part of our bed time routine...

read full review »This was the very first toy that my wife and I purchased for our daughter when she was a baby. We chose this toy for all of it's wonderful features. It is very colorful, teaches shapes, and colors, lights up, plays music, and songs. Our daughter was able to pick out her shaped at an early age when asked, and able to identify colors as well. At night, she would lay in he crib for hours just playing and cooing and "talking" to her baby Tad. There is also a cute little lip print on Tad's cheek that makes a "Smooch" sound and then Tad says "I love you."
This toy is still going strong. My daughter...
read full review »LeapFrog's Baby Tad is a must have for any family with young children. He is so cute. He helps teach children shapes, numbers, and early nursery rhymes. He also plays soothing music and has a timed turn off option. He blows kisses, and is just all around adorable. Infact he has been so lovable in our house, when our son was born, My then 4 year old daughter said " Mom... He cant have Taddy. Your just going to have to get him his own."
We love tad so much, that we buy all of our friends a baby tad, when they announce they are having a little one. He will make a great addition to your family.
I BOUGHT THIS TOY FOR MY SON WHEN HE WAS 6 MONTHS OLD AND HE LOVED IT. IT KEPT HIM QUIET AND ENTERTAINED FOR MONTHS. WHEN HE WAS 3 YEARS OLD HE WAS STILL CARRYING BABY TAD AROUND WITH HIM. THIS IS AN EXCELLENT LEARNING TOY FOR A TODDLER AND IT KEEPS THEM FULLY ENTERTAINED FOR A LONG TIME. LEAP FROG PRODUCTS TO ME ARE THE BEST LEARNING PRODUCTS ON THE MARKET, THEY MAKE LEARNING FUN FOR BABIES, TODDLERS AND PRESCHOOLERS. HUG AND LEARN BABY TAD IS AN EXCELLENT PRODUCT TO ENCOURAGE CHILDREN TO LEARN.
My grandson received a LeapFrog Hug and Learn Baby Tad as a gift when he was little. After a couple years of playing and learning fun, he finally put Baby Tad away.
Not too long after Ben had "outgrown" his Baby Tad, along came his sister, Grace. Now that Grace is enjoying playing with Baby Tad, Ben suddenly has realized that he, too, still enjoys playing with it.
Bottom line, two grandchildren both are learning so much about their world, thanks to a durable and enjoyable toy.
My kids love this toy. It was orginally a gift my aunt got for my son when I was pregnant with him. My daughter(two at the time) fell in love with it so we let her have it. She is almost 4 now and still loves it! she still plays with it all the time, and now she plays with it with my son(now 1) and they both enjoy it.
They just love the songs and My daughter has memorized them and sings along. She loves to sing them to her brother.
