Most HelpfulOver the past few months I noticed every time we went to someone's house for a visit, the first thing my almost three year old daughter did was head straight to the fridge to play with the Leap Frog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Alphabet. During a recent dinner with friends I said I was just going to have...

Most HelpfulI purchased Leap Frog Fridge Phonics when I first heard about it for my 2 year old niece's birthday. I am a HUGE fan of educational toys, as this is the time and age where kids learn the most. My niece was pretty quick at learning everything she knows know, from colors and numbers and even the alphabet before her 2nd birthday! I decided though, that the Fridge Phonics would be a good reminder for her to keep learning every day. The fact that it is magnetic makes it wonderful for kids as well, since it's letting them know that "this is where it goes" and maybe makes them be a little more...

The Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set by LeapFrog is exactly what you need to have when you are teaching your toddler the ABC's.
I received this for my baby shower and thought it was going to be a long time before I would get to use it. I was so wrong. Once my baby, was old enough to walk around, we stuck these up on the fridge and taught her how to put the letter in. She loved to hear it talk to her and found it quite easy to place the letters inside it on her own.
As she got older, she still played with the Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set, EVERYDAY! ...
read full review »Since my oldest daughter is in the preschool age, I am always looking for toys that are educational, so she can have fun while she is still learning. My sister has this same toy for her two kids, so I thought it looked really cool so I bought it. I didn't know that my daughter was going to enjoy it that much!
It doesn't take a lot of space on the fridge, and we do not use the little holder box on the fridge much because she already knows her letters. Instead, when I am cooking dinner we spend some time with the letters on the fridge and spell out some words. She absolutely...
read full review »I bought this toy for my son when he was about 18 months. He will be turning four within the next two months. He loved this toy from the start. It taught him his ABCs back then and is now helping him sound out words to read without any help from me.
The best things about this toy are that it is easy to use, has volume control, it is colorful, the music is easy fun and memorable (but not annoying), it sings the alphabet song at the touch of a button, it says the name of each letter, it says the sound each letter makes (even if the letter makes more than one sound), and it keeps the child occupied...
read full review »My kids will just play the ABC Song over and over again and again. They can't get enough of the LeapFrog Fridge Phonics. It doesn't even stay on the fridge for very long. It gets just gets carried around. They love to get a letter on it and repeat. I then got the Leapfrog that spells three letter words because they loved this so much. Now I have enough letters that if some should go missing I still have all 26 letters. I would recommend this toy to anyone with a toddler and who wents a great educational toy.
We love Fridge Phonics at my house! It comes with a small letter reader with a speaker, and all 26 letters. Each letter fits into the small space on the letter reader, and it recognizes and identifies the letter. It also says the sound/sounds that the letter makes. A separate button will sing the Alphabet Song, no matter which letter is in the reader.
My son got this for his 2nd birthday, and he loves it! He moves the letters around and identifies the ones he knows. It's even SO much fun to push them off the fridge and on to the ground, and then pick them all back up! He likes to spell his name...
read full review »This is a favorite toy in my home. I have twins and this is the only toy that they have a difficult time sharing since they both enjoy it so much. My twins are two and they both know the complete alphabet and I believe this toys has helped teach them the alphabet. They also know the sounds of each letter of the alphabet thanks to this awesome toy. I cannot think of anything negative whatsoever about this toy. They pieces have been dropped on our tile floor many times and they have not chipped or broken. I have bought this toy for two different Birthday parties and the parents have told me that...
