LeapFrog Fridge Phonics Magnetic Letter Set — 

My daughter loved playing with this toy when she was 2. She still loves playing with it and now she is 4! She started out by repeating the letters and now she repeats the sounds.  It sticks to the refrigerator easily, but it can also come down and be used on the table.  It also allows you to adjust the volume.  Great toy!
