LeapFrog Baby Counting Pal Review

THIS TOY IS CHILD FRIENDLY AND SAFE. FROM EXPERIENCE I HAVE A 12MO SON AND HE STAYS ENTERTAINED WITH THIS TOY FOR SO LONG...it is a colorful caterpillar that sings the alphabet. it will help your child learn the alphabet easier and in a lot more fun of a way. it has flashing lights and the caterpillar also sings montsongs. A Childs attention span is supposed to be one minute per h..for example if ur son or daughter is six months old they should stay entertained for about an average of six minutes. When i set my son down to play in his pack and play (another great invention) he will play with it for twenty to thirty minutes because of all the different things it does. he can also drag it around the house for a living room toy.

NOW..the cons to this awesome toy is. Although this toy is a great toy for a child it might not be the greatest toy for a young infant. the toy is more advanced for probably nine months and older. before that age it would be extremely hard for the child to hold since at youn ages infants fine motor skills arent fully developed. also for a younger child it might over-stimulate the child and appear like they absolutely despise the toy when in actuality they are just overwhelmed. For an older infant you would need to be careful in case the child falls and bumps his head on it or breaks it in any way. if they do you should taKE it from them immediately so they do not choke on the parts that may fall off. but on the contrary if you are safe and your child isnt a plastic eater haha than i would definently reccomend this toy.
