Here we have yet another dish which derives its delicious taste from a burgundy wine sauce ... Lean Cuisine Steak Tips Portabello a/k/a Beef Rib Tips & Portabello Mushrooms in a Burgundy Wine Sauce with Broccoli. This dish is every bit as good as it sounds and frankly I wish there had been a little MORE of it but we cannot argue with the nutritional stats for this entree.
The contents of one 7-1/2 oz. package is one serving containing 180 calories with 60 calories from fat. There are seven grams total fat, two grams saturated fat, zero trans fat, one gram polyunsaturated fat, three grams monounsaturated fat, 30 mg. cholesterol, 620 mg. sodium, 580 mg. potassium, 13 grams total carbs, three grams dietary fiber, four grams sugars, and 15 grams protein. Also present are 8% (D.V.) Vitamin A, 45% Vitamin C, 4% calcium, and 10% iron.
TASTE TIP:
This is a wonderful dish and is satisfying in its own way but I just needed something else with it. I had a piece of whole grain toast (which I used to sponge up the extra burgundy sauce!) and some red grapes for dessert.
