LeachCo Snoogle Full Body Pillow — 

This is a definite must if you are pregnant!  I could not have slept well thru my pregnancy without it.  It is so comfortable, I even used it after my pregnancy!  It fits perfectly around you.  It is especially good if you are used to sleeping on your stomach because it helps you comfortably move to sleeping on your side.
