This is a large 18 inch roasting pan. It is very stylish. It is elegant enough to serve in, if you wanted to Doesn't Stick I have cooked roast, turkey and even carmel corn and I have not had any problems with sticking. Ease of Handling Great handles for ease of carrying and transporting. Ease of Cleaning This is an easy pan to clean. It looks new every time. Design I love the look of this pan. Durability I have rated this "good" only because I have only owned this pan for a year and a half.
