too busy to make beds, at home in the kitchen
Pros

    will not go out of style, easy clean-up, won't react with food, even heating, sturdy, great colors, no seasoning required

Cons
    expensive, heavier than most pots

Le Creuset's Dutch oven is an absolute must when making our favorite braised dishes.  It cleans like a dream, even when bits burn to the bottom of the pot.  It is heavy, but that's the price of even heat distribution.  It was worth every penny.  I did shop around, and so can you:  otherwise, be prepared for sticker shock!
