review »I bought a Le Crueset Dutch Oven set from the Williams Sonoma outlet, so I got a deal on them. Still, the pieces aren't cheap, but I had been wanting them for years, so I finally splurged and bought them for my birthday (last winter).
I have to say that I LOVE them!
I've made stews, braised meat, made spaghetti sauce (I had a overrun of tomatoes in the garden this year!), and even baked bread in it. And it performs like a charm.
Sure, it's heavy, but it's not too much trouble to take care of (don't ever use an abrasive cleaner in them, or let it get dry as in leaving liquid there that evaporates...
review »We love this product. We use it for whole chicken. We use it for soups. I make my own broth. And recently we've been using it to make bread. We are so happy with it. We got this as a gift from my Mother in Law and it is the second best thing I've ever received from her. And it is barely behind my husband! :) LOVE IT!!
