Le Creuset Cookware Review

We bought our dutch oven  a few years ago at the outlet store.  It was quite expensive even with the outlet discount.  With a hugh selection of colors  we decided on white!  It sat in my  cabinet for about 5 years until one day I decided to give it a try.  Yes it is heavy and well i thought with white it would be hard to clean.  Let me say this pot is  probably the most perfect pot around! Eventhing cooks quickly and evenly and  cleanup is a breeze.  I even use it in the oven to bake bread ( you need to get a different knob for over for this or cover it with  foil.  Now i use it almost daily and can not believe i waited so long to try it.  I love this pot and  will be getting another one that is smaller real soon!
