Lay's - Baked Lays Potato Crisps — 

As a nutritionist/registered dietitian/author/Mom, what a great way to have healthy snacks in the house and have as an alternative to put in lunch boxes.....especially when we have the single serving ones!  No fighting with the kids--this is the serving.  Teach them good habits and how to make good choices early on.  All of the baked versions of these chips are superb, and great tasting!

I just had a bag of them! 130 calories and under 3 grams of fat. They tasted better than the fatty ones. Love the singles serving sizes, too.

These are my favorite chips and I actually prefer them over regular chips now. Watching the serving size is a must!
