I dont want to hear the layaway queens day!!

Look, I dont want to complain but I will..lol, If Im in line for the layaway or whatever I dont want to here about the layaway queens day, dog,cell phone, friend, car, or whatever while I stand their being ignored. This is not because the layaway queen was stressed or overworked in this situation, actually she pretty darn calm. I had to stand in line not because their was a long line of layaway people, or they where learning the register or they had run out of receipt paper, this was because the queen was talking to the other cashier about her cell phones life, history, and so on. Do I really need to hear this? Is it on the contract?...Dont get me wrong I love KMART, but I hate this kind of behavior not only did she ignore me and made me here her story and let me stand their until she figured out how to tape a box, she was rude and made me feel like I was bothering her. The 2nd time I went in their was no one their for a good amount of time but atleast the person that showed up was nice and fast....Oh and I just called to have my stuff ready to pick up and the same girl answered that first ignored me and is it professional to say "hold on" and be laughing on the phone?...
