I started using Laura Mercier's silk creme foundation about one year ago.  I have light skin and suffer from rosacea in the area of the apples of my cheeks, chin and my nose.  In the past I have had trouble finding a foundation that not only covered the rosacea spider veins, but would last.  Finally, I found it with silk creme foundation.  The coverage is buildable and it makes my skin look luminous.  I could NEVER say that before!  The foundation goes on easily and doesn't dry too quickly, so you have time to make sure it is blended well. It is neither too dewy or too matte.  In my opinion, it's perfect!

I agree. I just got it today. I also bought some other of the line's products, and something is burning my eyes. It's not the foundation, since I wore that around for several hours before applying the powder and eye products and blush. Any ideas? I got the talc setting powder, regular blush, eye base, and eye brightner.
