Lasko Model 5840 Heater Reviews

We bought our Lasko Digital Ceramic Heater 5840 on Open Box @ Sam's Club.  My husband loves a GREAT Deal and Digital Gadgets with Remote Controls. (so do I)  This is a wonderful light weight unit with lots of air flow.  I really like the 2 fan speeds and that it has an automatic thermostat.  AND if it is OFF I can turn it on with the Handy Remote when my feet get cold, instead of turning up my house heater.

There are NO instructions on how to maintain the unit.  But with the nice amount of air flow there is going to be an accumulation of dust.  This will cause the heater to shut off for safety. ...

The Lasko heater serves it's purpose, it keeps you warm.  I use it in my office and I like it.  One thing I like about it is that it doesn't take too long to warm up.  I have used other space heaters before and I hate how it always takes time to heat up.  This model only takes about 2 minutes to feel the heat.
