I purchased mine nearly 3 years ago when i moved in to my new house and the furnace was not working and needed heat right away. It was inexpensinve and had mulitple features like a high and low setting along with ability to choose temperature ratings from 65 to 85 degrees in increments of 5 or a max setting. this allowe it to turn off once the desired temp was reached. It also had a oscillating feature as well. they have been very useful in heating up small spaces and do not notice an increase in my utility bill. I now mainly use mine at work since they have fixed the AC and it freezes me there...

I is pretty quiet...and I like that this model tells you what the air temp in the room is prior to heating as well as during heating. Good safety feature of automatic shut off if bumped too hard or tipped. Wish it was a little more powerful.
My Lasco heater is fast, efficient and reliable. The price was right too. Had for little over a year and love it.
