Macintosh MacBook Pro 15"
All I can say is W-O-W. This laptop is insane!!! It's so nice to look at and the keys are easy to type with. I bought a protector for my key pad and it works great :) This is definitely a computer worth the money; my brother bought one for college and he loves it too. The mouse is a little bit different than what you're used to though- it has one big flat panel and one full bar (instead of two separate ones) to click with- but you get used to it quite quickly. AND the best part is that it even comes with a free printer (when they have a certain promotion/offer going, of course)! Overall, this laptop...

Apple MacBook 13"
This is the best laptop I have ever owned or used. Coming from a Windows program, it was difficult at first to learn the navigation of a Mac, but it was well worth it. We have not had errors like we did with the other system. It is also kid-friendly.

My son bought this laptop with scholarship money for college, and he takes it to school with him on a daily basis. But when he doesn't have it, someone else in the family is on it. Either my self, my 19 year old daughter, or my 11 year old daughter. It gets more use than the home computer. It's fun, convienent, fast processing on the web. Coming from a troubled Nvidia 8600M GT MacBook Pro - let me say that I was very skeptical buying another Apple Laptop with nVidia chip in it.
However, one weekend I decided to visit the nearest Apple Retail Store and check out the newly released models. My decision was mostly influenced by the reduced prices and increased battery life.
After some debating over buying the older model for same price or getting the latest one we settled on the newest mid end $1999 model with 2 GPUs. As is common I got a very nice resale price for my older MacBook Pro as it had AppleCare.

Macintosh macbook
My employer gave us these, so I really wouldn't have tried it otherwise. I'm so glad I did though. The mac starts up very quickly, I am online practically instantly. it doesn't keep asking me if i'm sure i want to shut down it just does. It works intuitively and is very simple once you get the hang of everything being on the opposite side. And you'll never miss that extra mouse button, trust me. The best thing is that I don't have any trouble with viruses and adware like I did with a PC.
Toshiba Laptop computer
I bought my Toshiba laptop about 8 years ago at Circuit City. I needed it for school (writing papers mostly) but I got something a little nicer so I could play PC games and use my computer for some Graphics processing.
It's 8 years old so it runs Photoshop a little slowly compared to newer computers but it still works great and I don't have any problems with it. It lasted me all through school and now I use it for work and I still like it.
I know I'm going to have to replace it one of these days but for now, I'm not having any trouble with it and that's fine with me!

I love this laptop! It is the first laptop that I have owned after using PC desktops forever. I would highly recommend a Mac to all of my friends. I have never had a problem with viruses or programs shutting down. The programs always open quickly and work efficiently. I especially love iPhoto. The photos are displayed at the highest quality even when the camera quality is not. Photos taken with my camera phone even look good in iphoto. I don't have the newest version of iphoto but I hear that it is great with the face recognition and storage options.
My only complaint about a Mac is that it is sometime...
Apple MacBook Pro 17"
I enjoy my Apple laptop. The screen is large and the keypad is sleek and comfortable to use. The only draw back is that it gets very hot. I've had to replace the battery three times. I don't think the current versions have this issue. The heat issue has caused some other problems. The case has warped a bit and the latch doesn't work. I opted to repair instead of replace. A short time after the repair, the battery had to be replaced again. Apple replaced it for free, but the latch doesn't work again. If it didn't have these issues it would be perfect.

Apple Macbooks are for those people who don't like problems. I love my Mac so much I had to buy my wife one. They are so user friendly. Uploading pictures and movies could not be any easier.
