I think the lap band surgery may save my life.I had it April 1,and have lost 35 lbs.My blood sugar and blood pressure are already down.For people who think this is an easy way to lose weight,it is hard-but as I can see results,it makes me continue to stick to my Atkins-type diet.To me,it is totally worth it-tho tonight I went to CC"s pizza and had salad and scraped the ingredients off each piece and ate them!!while my family chowed down.I exercise 3 times a week-and am finding this easier and easier
