I am currently pregnant with our fifth child, and I nursed all four of our kids so far - and leaked, a lot!! I think I've tried every nursing pad out there - reusable, disposable, name brand, store brand, thick, thin.....all of them.
Lansinoh nursing pads are by far my very favorite!! They are one of the thinnest ones out there, but they are the most absorbent! I don't know how they do that, but I love it! They are very discreet under your clothes (even a form fitting top), but are so good at soaking up every bit of milk. I tried many that were much thicker and bulkier (and looked awful under anything but a sweatshirt!) and this absorbs the best.
I had great success with them even overnight!
They come individually wrapped in plastic, which seems wasteful at home, but are great for putting in the diaper bag, car, or purse!
They also have a little adhesive patch on the back to help keep them in place in your bra.
I'm quite frugal and enjoy getting the best deal for the least amount of money. So, my only con to these are that they are one of the more expensive pads - but, they are worth it! If I were to spend more money on something - this would definitely be it!
