I am always trying new cosmetics although I don't know why I'd want to use anything other than Definicils. Lancome consistantly has the best mascara. Coats lashes evenly without clumping and deposits lots of color. You don't have to put on 600 coats to get good coverage, They don't give it away, but... read full review »

Lancome Definicils High Definition Mascara makes my lashes look incredibily long especially if I use an eye lash curler first.  I use this in black and it really makes my lashes stand out.  It is not water proof and it will smudge a little if you rub your eyes or cry but I haven't had a big problem...

Lancome's Definicils Mascara is true to its name - it consistently gives me defined, dramatic lashes.  The level of drama depends on how you apply it; a few light flicks subtly amp up your natural look, while working the brush into the roots of your lashes and applying two coats yields sexy doe eyes.  While this mascara is a great lengthener and thickener, it occasionally clumps, so I recommend combing through your lashes after applying - while the mascara is still wet.  This product is a classic for good reason; it's perfect for special occasions or any time that you want to draw attention... read full review »

This stuff is WAY too expensive to replace every three months
practical, value conscious, a beauty diva, a mascara lover, busy mom shopping for good value, Value Conscious, needs high performance, quality conscious

I remember the first time I was priveleged to try on DEFINICILS mascara by LANCOME.  I thought I had died and went to heaven.

Over the years I had received remarkable results with drugstore mascara- mostly from the L'OREAL line of products, but as time went on, the formulas changed and I no longer could use any drugstore products.  They smeared, they burned, and if I managed to get past those two requirements, they stayed sticky and never dried properly.  I was beginning to think something was wrong with me.

I have tried every mascara out there, seriously. This has all the benefits of Benefit's Bad Gal Mascara without the dark under eye circles it left behind. It lengthens and thickens, coats evenly and is a true dramatic black. I don't find it to be stiff at all and one coat is all I need.

Lancome Defincils mascara is THE best on the market.  It is my #1 mascara.  It never smudges, it stays put, it washes off with soap & water so you don't need eye makeup remover.  It lasts a long time.  I belive I pay about $23 for it & it lasts 6 months or more & I use it about 5-6 days a week.  It is worth every penny.

I love my lancome mascara. I have been using lancome mascara for as long as I can remember. I have tried many other ones but nothing compares! I wam willing to spend the money for quality. My husband doesn't understand why I pay so much when I can go get a cheaper brand. My saying to my husband is.......I can go buy a cheap mascara but your just gonna end up spending more because I will be buying my lancome right after using the cheap one for a day!

this lancome mascara is AMAZING! it's the ULTIMATE mascara! for a girl with sparse and short lashes, this product gives them that va-va-voom look that i like--beautiful, thick, and lushious. My only gripe is that it is a little too expensive, especially for a girl on budget. however, it does give you that bang for your buck. i feel perfectly confident in just wearing this as my only makeup.
