Lancome Cils Booster Mascara Base Reviews

I absolutely LOVE Cils Boost XL lash primer by Lancome. This product is not only able to be used for enhancing the look of ANY mascara by applying it before you apply your mascara but you can also use Cils Boost XL at night ALONE as a conditioner for your lashes! I have tried many different combinations of mascaras with Cils Boost XL including Lancome L'extreme,Definicils,High Definicils,Hypnose,Courbe Virtuous BLACK KARAT & OSCILLATION(WHICH I LOVE!!). I will first say that I had never noticed a burning sensation when using the product but after reading another review, I paid more attention. I will also state that I use this product every day before applying my waterproof lancome mascara. After reading the other review I will say that indeed this product can burn your eyes if you start at the very base of your eyelashes. I don't usually get that close to my skin, but rather start about half way up the eyelash. I get fabulous results with this product and the difference is noticable. Lancome Cils Mascara Booster Base was very disappointing.  I LOVE the Shiseido mascara base, but wanted to try the Lancome since I love their mascara (and the Dior).  I hate the fact that it is WHITE, and it's just not nearly as good as the Shiseido.
