The Lamaze Octopus is a great way to get your child learning. This a great toy for infants and toddlers alike. The Octopus is vanilla scent, ao it keeps the baby's attention. when my daughter plays with it, she acts as if there is a prize inside. The colors are bright and fun so it catches her eye from aceoss the room. The notes that the octopus' tentacles play stimulates the baby's sense of hearing and makes her wantto play the notes. The Lamaze Octopus came with a tag with the instructions to play nursery rhymes for your child, the tentacles are color-coded, so it's easy for the parents to participate.My daughter is 29 months old and she still loves to play with her scented octopus. She looks for it first thing in the morning and goes to sleep with it at night. The Lamaze Octopus has helped me teach my daughter at least 8 different colors, as well as how to count. I think every child should have The Lamaze Octopus.
