Lamas Beauty Pro-Vita C Vital Infusion Complex Review

When it is wintertime, I love to use LANCOME ABSOLUE for my skincare cream.  It makes my face look radiant and glowing but at a cost.  ABSOLUE like DIOR CAPTURE creams has brighteners in it which translates into bleaching agents.

This is not usually a problem in the wintertime, but when it comes around to springtime I have to stop using these products because they make my skin susceptible to sunburn.  I know that it is the products because the only places I burn is where the cream has been.

This became a problem for me and I began to look around for an alternative cream that I could use in the summertime that would not leave me with such tender skin.  I wanted something natural oriented, but nothing I had tried did too much.

I saw Lamas Beauty on a talk show one day and they had done a three day makeover with different women.  I saw the glow on their faces and they all said that their favorite product in the line was the LAMAS BEAUTY PRO-VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX.

I just HAD to check it out.

WHAT IS LAMAS BEAUTY PRO VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX LIKE?

At that time, they were offering a starter kit of all of the Pro-Vita C products from Lamas Beauty so I decided to try all of them.

PRO VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX is a most interesting cream.  Quite natural in composition, it has a high content of Vitamin C in it as well as Alpha Lipoic Acid and DMAE, and CoQ10.  This is reflected in the texture of the cream.  It does not feel like the pumped up slathery creams that are usually sold in department stores.

The color is a light orange creamscicle color.  The texture is a tiny bit gritty but hardly noticeable.  The cream absorbs into the skin very quickly and is not oily at all.  The fragrance is like oranges.  Very nice and natural in the experience.

The PRO VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX comes in a thick glass jar.  It also comes with a note that once the air hits the product that it will turn dark on the top but that does not affect the product at all- just visually.  This is true because I had a jar last me several years (since I only use it in spring and summer and early fall) and it turned dark but still worked and smelled just the same.

WHAT DOES PRO-VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX DO?

What impressed me the most is that the results of the Pro-Vita C Vital Infusion Complex very closely resembled that of Absolue without the extreme bleaching.  The skin gets visibly tighter, brighter, and more radiant.  There is no oily feeling although at first I do feel some intensity of the cream- it is far less oily than most.  Blemishes seem to fade away over time, and skintone is really nice.

HOW TO USE PRO-VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX

Using the Pro-Vita C Vital Infusion Complex is easy. You wash your face (I often will use the LAMAS BEAUTY CITRUS-C FACE & BODY WASH or AUBREY ORGANICS BLUE ALGAE CLEANSER for that purpose all year round).

Once the face has rested for a few moments- 15 or so is good- then I apply the PRO VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX around the face, neck and chest area.  It feels a little tacky for a while, but the next morning- WOW the skin is really truly lovely.

Although the majority of ingredients are natural, some are not and might cause irritation in some people.  I have sensitive skin and have had no problems with it.  I am including ingredients for you who are very sensitive to certain ingredients.

FINAL COMMENTS

I really like LAMAS BEAUTY PRO VITA C VITAL INFUSION COMPLEX (although I wish they would shorten the name of it) a lot.  It is an excellent alternative to LANCOME ABSOLUE, DIOR CAPTURE SERIES, or many other anti aging products out there.

There is not as much tightening of the skin as there is with the ABSOLUE or DIOR line, but honestly it is so slight that it is barely an issue.  I use AUBREY ORGANICS TCM MOISTURIZER daily with LORAC AQUA PRIME which is a fantastic combination of products during the day.  This will add the firmness that I need and my face will often not look haggard in the late hours if I have to be out like it ALWAYS used to. 

I highly recomment the LAMAS BEAUTY skincare line.  Their shampoos are also excellent.

I have seen LAMAS BEAUTY products at natural foods departments and stores, and I just heard recently that MACY's will be carrying some of their products in the larger stores.  They have a lot of nice photos on the site as well as information about their products which I find useful, and you might too.
