STOP don't waste your time nor money

Rude Customer Service, Slow shipping, POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE, nothing positive at all

I place my order on the 1.4.08 & them decided to cancel the order; I tried on the web & it wouldn't let me. I was to contact 1st thing Monday morning & I was told the order wasn't in the system & that I would have to call back on Wenesday. When I called them back on 1.9.08, I was told that they couldn't as the order had shipped, but the money wasn't taken out of my acct until 1.14.08 due 1.17.08. Their service & their people are RUDE; so I told them to take me off their mailing lists & that the order will be refused!!!
