I cannot even begin to count the number of antiperspirants and deodorants that I have tried in the past that were never up to par. Some didn't stop the wetness, others smelled too strongly, most left white residue in little clumps under my arms and then on my clothes. I found a coupon in the newspaper for Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Antiperspirant & Deodorant Wild Freesia so I figured I would give it a try. I am extremely glad that I did!
The Antiperspirant & Deodorant
Before I made the purchase of this antiperspirant & deodorant, I did what I am not supposed to do and opened the top and smelled it. I have allergies to many different flowery fragrances and I had to be sure that this Wild Freesia scent wasn't too overwhelming. The scent was pleasant and light. That pretty much closed the deal for me not to mention that it was only $2.99 and with the $1.00 off coupon, I only had to pay $1.99. Oh, and yes, I bought the one I opened. ;)
My Experience
The first day that I used this product, I assumed that it was going to be like all the rest. I was expecting for it to be clumpy, wet and would leave that ugly white residue on my shirt. When I first applied it, It glided on nicely and even though the product is white, it went on clear. My underarms didn't feel wet and I didn't have to hike my arms up in the air for what normally seems like forever to let my underarms dry. So far so good. I purposely put a black shirt on that had to be put on over my head. After all, one of the slogans draped across the the container states, "Dare to wear Black", so I did. I checked in the mirror and was pleasantly surprised that there was not any white residue anywhere to be found.
I went on with my usual day and by the end of it, I was still dry and literally impressed.
Final Thoughts
I am now a loyal user of Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Wild Freesia Antiperspirant and Deodorant. It is a very effective product that makes me feel confident and I am giving it a 5 star rating because it truly deserves it.
