Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Wild Freesia Antiperspirant & Deodorant Review

Lady Speed Stick has been a trusted brand for me for years so when I saw Lady Speed Stick Invisible Dry Wild Freesia Antiperspirant & Deodorant at the dollar store one day, I picked it up to try. Little did I know it would end up becoming a favorite product.

For starters, I really like the smell. It is sweet and floral--a light purpley smell--yet light enough to go unnoticed most of the day. The packaging is sturdy and easy to use--no twist bottom control falling off this container. The product itself appears to be nothing more than an ordinary solid deodorant, so I was surprised to find that the product does leave very little white residue. It is not as effective as a clear gel, but pretty good for a white solid, which I prefer to gels by far.
I am admittedly not a terribly sweaty person but I have not had any problems with this fading away or not working as some users have mentioned, even through hot days of walking for hours. I also have found that I can apply this almost immediately after shaving and it doesn't sting or irritate my skin.
