A frequent snacker, never sick, craving carbs, a chocolate lover, watching my weight, health conscious
Pros

    Quick Fix, body fluids extractor, great for getting fast water loss, helped get rid of my gass

Cons
    could cause electrolyte problems, causes diarrhea

the first time i tried the tea i did get diarrhea. If you read the label it does warn you that it contains 1.9 of senna (laxative). it gets rid of extra water, as well as cleanse your system. i have a tea bag a day. Ever since ive been taking this tea i havent been bloated, and because i am dieting it is helping me get rid of the extra weight that your body can store as toxins.Because this can cause you to have diarhea, i would say to make sure u take a multivitamin a day.
