Oh man is the taste horrid. That is all I can say. I cannot barely get through a cup of it. My theory is it is so awful tasting that you puke yourself slimmer. Or like another reviewer stated poop your way thin. The moral of the story is, it taste bad and makes you poop and that is about it. Eat fruits and fiber that taste good, then you will still have healthy bowel movements and you might enjoy the intake better!
