Bought 2 reclining sofas and a matching chair. After 3 years I got so fed up with one sofa I took it to the dump. (Was a whole lot cheaper than dealing with warranty) Metal parts broke, then wood parts, all three are junk but was able to cobble parts from one sofa to make others work for now. Would have cost more to get it fixed under the "AMAZINGLY" useless warranty than the sofa was worth. Pay for someone to come look at it, then pay shipping for it to be repaired to and from Lazy Boy. Will never ever purchase another La-Z-Boy product. The quality has really gone down while the prices have gone way up. My next sofa will come from Menards where I know I won't get raped with outrageous prices and won't be disappointed when it doesn't last longer than 5 years. When you pay 1099 for a sofa you expect it to last a while, and when you buy a La-Z-Boy for that amount of money you really expect it to last for a long time.

We purchased this power reclining sofa with the fold down table along with a matching rocker/recliner Thanksgiving weekend 2014 when the store was having a Thanksgiving sale, but did not received it until a couple of weeks ago. The sofa had to be manufactured because they did not have the model with the fold down table in stock. While there were many choices of colors and material, we decided on a fabric in a basic color that goes with everything. We did purchase the optional protection for both items. My only regret is that I did not purchase this power reclining sofa sooner. It is fantastic. The ease at which you move up and down and the number of positions you can stop in is fantastic. You kick back at the touch of a button. 110% better then using the manual style of reclining sofas. The fabric is soft and comfortable, yet the sofa is very firm. It has the support that we both need for our backs. I recommend that if you are in the market for for a recliner you check this item out and, of course, wait for a sale.

The La-Z-Boy sofas are built firm, but soft for comfort. We had a huge sectional with a sleeper and recliner. It was one of the best family room furniture that we've owned that was perfect for my husband and I and our family when they visited. The fabric was good quality. We could wash the zip off seat covers, and the arm rests came with a matching fabric cover that was also washable. Talking about this makes me want to find another La-Z-Boy for my husband and me to get for our relaxing area. Way to go La-Z-Boy!

I bought a set of recliner couch, love seat and recliner chair. Within one year, fasteners were popping out and the soba was falling apart. Within three years, the skeleton of it was breaking down and it was lopsided. We learned early on that they wouldn't honor the warranty because it had a pen mark on it. Goodwill wouldn't even take it. We finally hauled it to the dump and will never buy lazy boy again. On a positive note, the leather did stay nice, just that the stitching ripped out spontaneously.

I purchased the Rex sofa from La-Z-Boy a few months ago, and so far, I am really happy with it. The stock color is a fantastic chocolate color, and the fabric is a microsuede, very soft. The first time I curled up on it, I nearly fell asleep, it is that comfortable. I didn't want a reclining sofa originally, but it is a better alternative than an ottoman since I haven't too much room. If both recliners are being used, then you can forget having a conversation, however! You can't even see the other person.  I was told that all the components except for the fabric were made in the USA. Seems that no one makes that fabric in the US anymore, and they have no other option. Every other couch I had looked at at that point was not made domestically, which for me is important. The people at La-Z-Boy merit mentioning, because they were all excellent. They were incredibly helpful in finding me a sofa to fit my tiny, open living room, and got me the fastest delivery time available. I would go back in a second!

the lazy boy reclining sofa is great.  We bought a lazy boy reclining sofa and loveseat over seven years ago and we haven't had any problems with them.  THey still look great and that's saying alot since we have a six year old and a three year old.  These sofas clean up great.  THe fabric is very durable and stain-resistant.  We did pick a dark color fabric though due to the spill factor with young children.  The reclining feature of the couch works great.  YOu can recline back and elevate the foot rest and easily take a nap.  The loveseat is great to sit on especially if one person wants to sit up and one person wants to recline. These sofas are super comfortable too. The only problem I have had with the lazy boy reclining sofa is that one of the pieces of fabric that covers the bottom back of the couch came unstapled.  I was able to fix this problem easily with hammer and small nail.  Also, in order to use the reclining feature, these sofas can not be placed directly against a wall.

I brought my LazyBoy "wraparound" Sofa over five years ago and the mico material is very durable. When I went to shop for the sofa I feared that I would not find anything to my liking. The sales person showed me several different sofas and my girlfriend saw this sofa and said she was going to purchase it.  I liked it as well and decided to purchase the same sofa. I had a sleeper added to the sofa and everyone who has slept on the sleeper indicates that it is very comfortable. I have received many compliments on this piece of furniture.  Since I had the sofa it was only cleaned once.  The "wraparound" sofa includes a recliner and a chasis. Initially , I thought the sofa would be too large and take away from my family room but the sofa is a perfect fit. I am hoping to have this sofa for many years to come.  I think I made a good investment and LazyBoy has the reputation to produce quality furniture.

We bought a LazyBoy reclining sofa AND reclining love seat a year ago. This is the furniture that my family uses the most while in the living room of our home. Within 2 month of being used each end of both the sofa and love seat sat too far back, basically the metal or framing had bent (even on ends that were not used often.). They still reclined and we were still able to use, but, I thought as well as my husband that they did not look that great because of this. They were sent in 3, yes, you read that right, 3 times in a course of about 5 months as we wanted this fixed immediately and correctly. All 3 times they took both pieces with them and 2 of the three times they returned them looking like they hadn't been touched at all. The thrid time they returned them, well, let's just say that somewhere along the line the delivery men had gotten confused and actually LOST our furniture! When they pulled up to our home, they started bringing up (I am not kidding about this in any way!) LIME  GREEN  LEATHER furniture. A month went by they still had no idea where my furniture was, said that they would send new furniture, waited another month for it to be delivered, when we called, they stated that it would be another 2 weeks. HECK NO! I said I wanted a refund IMMEDIATELY! 3 days later I had check in hand. The refund was the ONLY thing that they did correctly!!!
