As much as I hate Wal-Mart...this is where I found it.  I originally bought it for my Mom when she was in a nursing home.  They didn't even have a clock on the wall in her room.  She complained that sometimes she didn't even know what day it was. It's sad when your parents start slipping away. :(

The directions are a little confusing at first.  But, once it's set, you need not fool with it again until the batteries go dead.  When you're setting the clock, even if it's only one minute off, it will pick up the government time signal in the middle of the night & re-set it to exact time.

With the wireless outside gauge, it will give you both indoor & outdoor temps.  It will give you 12 Moon phases, atomic time and date with manual setting, automatically updates for Daylight Saving Time (on/off option) 12/24 hour time display, perpetual calendar, time zone setting, time alarm with snooze, 4 languages to choose from: English, French, German, Spanish, Wall hanging or free standing.  Unless they've chaged it, there's also an UP or DOWN arrow to indicate rising or falling barometer. (I bought it roughly a year & 1/2 ago.)  With this...who needs the weather channel?

I'm glad they aren't radioactive.

Be glad you didn't drop it on your head! :)

I have an atomic clock by a different manufacturer (Salton) and it's great, too. I like the additional info on your clock but it's great to always get an accurate time readout and never worry about having to set the time.

Mine doesn't glow but I had pain radiate up my leg when I dropped the clock on my foot!

I'm not sure about the clock...but I do.

Soooo....if it's an "atomic" clock, does that mean it glows in the dark??
