I have fairly sensitive skin and have a little bit of trouble finding makeup that doesn't irritate my skin. Lush carries and sells the best selection of make up that I can wear that doesn't irritate my skin, even when I wear it for a long period of time. I have purchased many different kinds of makeup from Lush including eye shadow, bronzer and lip gloss, and each purchase has been better than the last. I really love shopping on Lush, even though their stock is a little more expensive than say going down to Walgreens and buying whatever on the shelf, I really don't mind paying a little extra for a better product. Lush.com is a must if you're looking for a "better" for you cosmetics. Ease of Use Lush's website is beautifully designed and easy to use. Product Selection Great products, and a wide array available in the different departments. Product Pricing You get what you pay for, and in this case its worth it. LUSH.com is the home of Lush handmade cosmetics. They hand-make fresh, natural, quality bath and body products, and it is all wonderful. Their website is very fun to visit and shop around on. Prior to visiting the website, I had been in a physical LUSH store and was impressed with the great smells and quality of the products. I had been given some LUSH products shortly after as a gift, and was so extremely impressed with the items. The website has even more available than what I think the store carried. They have everything from bath and body soaps, makeup, lotions, shampoo and conditioners, etc. The website is nicely designed so that you can navigate through the categories, and each category "hair, face, body..etc." has subcategories, making it that much simpler to narrow in on what you are shopping for. Some of the prices may seem a little high, but considering they are all fresh, natural - REAL- ingredients, I consider these to be luxury items anyway. LUSH.com is an excellent source for great quality bath and body items. They are natural, the company is known for giving back and doing charitable work, and I feel good about buying products from this company.

I used to watch a lot of beauty review videos just to learn of new products and I kept seeing lush products. I do not have an actual store where I live so I went online and searched to see if there was an online website. When I found the website I was so excited! There were so many products to look through. My favorite section is probably the bath bombs. I have tried out a few of them and they smell so good! They also leave my skin feeling really soft and smooth. My favorite bath bomb is the Sakura. I also love that some of the bath bombs leave little flowers, confetti, and glitter in your water. It makes special bath time for my daughter so excited. The price of the products I have tried is very reasonable because the products themselves are high quality. I would absolutely recommend this site to others because it has a lot of different products for everyone's needs and wants. They have shampoos, soaps, face washes, and even some makeup. I think the website would be a great place to shop for someone who likes the be pampered. Ease of Use The website is set up nicely so it is very easy to follow.

I have loved LUSH ever since I've walked into one of their stores but I don't have a LUSH anywhere near me, and the closest one is a few hours away, so I am only able to order off of their website. I've ordered so many times off of LUSH.com and my products always come in a timely manner, and nothing is ever damaged. My favorite most purchased items off of the LUSH.com website is the Big Shampoo, American Cream, R&B, Honey I washed the kids, and the tea tree water just to name a few. I always place big orders when I order from LUSH.com so that I make sure not to run out of my favorites. The great thing about LUSH is that their products are made from all natural organic ingredients, they are affordable, and they put the faces of the workers on the side of the soaps and products that they make. If you haven't checked out LUSH.com you should. Ease of Use The website is super easy to use and navigate through, everything is divided/categorized into sections and they have a handy search bar if you are looking for a certain product you can find it quickly. Product Selection They have a wide range of different products on their website. They have all the products they have in the stores, and more. They have bath bombs, soaps, hair care, lotions, body scrubs, henna hair dye, perfumes, and all the body care products you can think of. They also have great quick gifts for the holidays. Product Pricing All of the LUSH products are extremely well made, and at a good price point. Some items are more expensive them others but their bath bombs and soaps are very affordable. They even have a lot of affordable hair care, and gifts. I would say that their is something that everyone can afford in LUSH. Customer Service They have great customer service online, and in the store. I rarely have to contact customer service though because all of their items are so well explained and they basically give you all the information you would need to know about every product they have ever. The only time I contact customer service is if a product I was is out of stock, but that is a rare occasion unless they are discontinuing it. Shipping and Returns Shipping is always quick and inexpensive with LUSH.com, and I have never had to return any of their products because I am always so pleased with them.

Overall I am seriously in love with Lush products. I originally fell hard when I was back in high school and stepped into my first store. Sadly I no longer live near a Lush location so I have become just as obsessed with their website! Their products are truly amazing and they have such a variety you never get tired of them. I love experimenting and trying new things. Everything I have ever used by them has been great! Ease of Use The site is very easy to use and has all their products categorized nicely. It is really easy to find the products you are looking for. Product Selection Lush has a large variety of products and Lush.com offers them all! I have never ran into a problem of wanting something specific and not being able to find it online. Product Pricing Lush's products are on the more expensive side but they are totally and completely worth it. They are such high quality and really work wonders. Customer Service I do not have experience interacting with Lush.com's customer service but in stores they are always more than helpful. Shipping and Returns I have never had any issues with shipping and have never needed to return anything!

Nice organic shop! The online store is very organized and makes things easy to locate. It's very colorful and beautifully decorated, making navigation simple. There are also plenty of shoppers and reviewers, who write to share their true opinion. Some people share a similar face texture as mine, so it feels satisfying to see someone cure their skin problems through lush products. The concept of it is pretty awesome. The products are very cool; they are based on food products. it is interesting just to collect the item, let alone use it. The only bad thing about this company is it's expensive prices, but you can filter by price. Another bad thing is that it makes me very hungry to shop through the product. Overall, it is a great brand. The -2 points is because I have not seen any drastic improvements to my skin and the price. Ease of Use It's basically soap, so yeah! Not hard at all. I love love love lush.com! There are so many items and they are all so easy to find, with the organization of everything. It looks nice, too, with the black of their logo. It's a great place to find organic beauty, which is great, especially if you don't live near one of the stores. If you do live near one of their stores, I recommend you go in because they usually have products out that you can test before you buy. The store near me, though, is quite small, and so when I went to the website I was surprised at how many more products they had compared to the store near me. All of their products work great, and as far as I can tell, are much better for your skin/hair to use them over the products with a lot of chemicals, like the ones in stores. I use LUSH's big shampoo, and it works fantastic. My hair is usually thin, but this stuff adds volume and I have seen a difference in the growth rate. I love LUSH and I recommend is to anyone, whether you use the store or the website!

I've been a Lush convert for about a decade, since I was first dragged into a brick and mortar store in Dublin. "Fresh, handmade cosmetics" is the line and I was won over first by that and secondly by their natural ingredients. Yes, there are synthetic substances in most of the products, but these are all clearly labelled as such on the website and in a handy colour coding system too. A lot of the products are vegetarian/vegan and they have a strong history of being against animal testing which sits well with me. Some of my favourite and most used bathing products come from Lush. Their solid shampoos are always a favourite and they last so very long. Buffy the backside slayer is one of the best body exfoliators I've ever used and has the advantage of having a moisturiser built in. In general I prefer to buy in brick and mortar shops rather than online as I prefer to support a local economy, but when I can't get to a Lush store then online it is. Yes, they're not the cheapest around, but the products are well made with good ingredients and last well. Not only does this make them more economical on a cost-per-use basis (especially the solid shampoos) but the natural ingredients and products that are cruelty free are well worth the mild premium.

I was skeptical about LUSH products at first. I'm very picky when it comes to the scents that I enjoy but I have managed to find a select few favorite quality LUSH products that smell nice and are fun to use. The thing I admire the most about this company as a whole is their devotion to being cruelty free and to supporting causes they feel passionate about. Their 100% cruelty-free / no animal testing stance makes them a trustworthy and convenient company for me to purchase from. As a vegetarian, it is often stressful when shopping for cosmetics to remember which specific brands do or don't test, but with LUSH I know that I can always rely on their products. Their products are fun; it is exciting to discover a new favorite scent. They offer multiple sizes of their products; with soap, for example, you can buy just a small piece to try out a new scent or to use for a shorter period of time, or you can buy a large piece to last you for a long time. Even in the person, the people who work for the company always seem educated on the products and are helpful. Overall, I have been very satisfied with the products I have purchased from this company and they make me feel good about myself as a person because of what this brand stands for.

Lush Cosmetics is sincerely one of the most unique and wonderful websites out there. All of their products are natural and homemade! The company also fights animal testing and a lot of their products are vegan. Did I mention that they smell amazing? If I didn't feel so guilty spending $50 on soap products I would buy from them more often! I like buying online more so than in stores because their sales associates can be very pushy. I love Lush.com and will be a customer forever!
