I'm really glad I didn't spend any money on this product because I just honestly do not "get it" at all.
A few months ago I went to my local LUSH store to pick up a few things and to donate to their holiday canned food drive. In return for my donation the manager gave me a big bag of samples, many of which turned out to be full sized products. One of the things I received in my goodie bag was a spritz bottle of LUSH's Tea Tree Water.
LUSH states that the tea tree oil in the product soothes, and clears blemishes. It contains grapefruit water to detoxify and tone and juniper berry to refresh and stimulate normal to oily skin.
I have oily skin, I have blemishes, sounds like just the thing I need. Well I've used it all up and still cannot figure out if it did anything. It smells nice and minty with a tad of citrus. It does feel refreshing when I spritz it lightly on my skin but I have not noticed any improvement in blemishes nor does it make my skin feel stimulated or detoxified (whatever that means).
An 8.4 fl oz bottle of Tea Tree Water is $17.45. One could probably accomplish the same feeling and scent with plain water and a few drops of tea tree oil and save a ton of money. Skip this one.
1 star.
