I really love the LUSH Happy Pill Bath Bomb!!! I was excited to try this out because I heard of this LUSH product before. When I put the sponge along with my nice bubble bath, it lasted a long time and seemed to fill the tub with a very nice and soothing aroma! It was definitely relaxing!

As soon as I saw this cheery yellow and orange bath bomb from LUSH I just had to have it! The cuteness factor was just too much! I use this mainly in the summer as it has a lovely citrusy fragrance that is just perfect at that time of year. It just seems out of place during the winter. The yellow side has more of a grapefruit type scent that is zippy yet not overpowering. The orange side is, well, orange scented. Since the bomb is helpfully split right down the middle with a crease I usually take a knife to it and delicately cut it in half, saving one side for a later use. Sometimes I will go whole hog and use the entire thing, but usually I use either just the orange or just the yellow. This particular bomb doesn't create a lovely color in the bathwater and can actually change it to a rather light yellow which makes you feel like you're bathing in apple juice... or something worse. But, ignoring that, it's a great bomb. The scent alone makes this a great bomb but the fact that you can split it in half easily makes it an even better value. I really liked this.

I absolutely love the LUSH Happy Pill.  If I could take a bubble bath everyday, this would be why.  The happy pill is huge and lasts a long time in the tub.  It fills the tub with an amazing aroma and you just want to soak there forever.  I don't like bath bombs that leave glitter or other things that can clog up the drain or end up all over your skin.  This bath bomb is perfect because it doesn't leave a mess anywhere and it smells great.  I have used many other bath bombs made by LUSH, and this one is one of the best.  You come out of the tub (a bit wrinkly) but so soft and moisturized.  If you are looking for a way to unwind and lose yourself in a swirl of relaxation, this would be your answer.  Buy the bath bomb, run a bath, and stop thinking about everything else that is going on.  The happy pill lives up to its name and I would recommend it to anyone who is looking for a way to add some happy to their day.  LUSH is awesome because they made the Happy Pill.  Happy Tubbing!

**The Verdict -** I really expected to love this bath bomb but its lack of moisture and scent left me unimpressed. **The Facts -** This bath bomb is so cute!  I'm always joking with my friends and family about taking pills for sleep, for anxiety, and for just freaking out in general so I thought this would be the perfect bath bomb for me to include with holiday gifts.  I was wrong.  Good thing I tried it before I started handing them out like, like, well like pills at Woodstock, because I was not impressed. The bomb is totally cute, huge, and shaped like a giant baby aspirin with one orange side and one yellow side.  LUSH.com states that Happy Pill *is a lean mean, citrus disc of cleansing prowess wih bergamot and frankincense to soothe and comfort.  *Well I didn't find it very comforting or soothing at all. When I plopped it into my bath water it rolled around and fizzed for quite a while which was enjoyable but the grapefruit/lemon/orange scent I expected to knock me over never reached my nose.  I never did get a good scent during the 20 or so minutes I soaked in the kind of icky colored water (it looked like weak iced tea) and with all of the oils listed in the ingredients list I expected some moisturization but that never happened either.   **Star Power - **2 stars****  I think Happy Pill is all about its cute appearance and the smiles and laughs that come from it because it does not deliver or cheer me up in any other way.  Bummer.
