I never used powder on my body until a friend who uses it all the time highly recommended it. I tried a few drugstore powders and saw what she was raving about but being the LUSH snob that I am, I had to try LUSH's powders. And now I'm officially addicted to their Candy Fluff Dusting Powder and using it has become a beloved morning ritual.
Candy Fluff dusting powder is described by LUSH.com as follows: With two types of glitter (for those who just can't get enough), it would be easy to dismiss this product as mere fluff but the candy sweet, cruelty-free fragrance of synthetic musk makes it that much more scrumptious.
Candy Fluff's comes in a short plastic container that holds 3.5 ounces of powder which does not seem like much but it is actually quite a lot as I only use a little at a time. Retail price on LUSH.com is $10.45.
For those of you already familiar with LUSH, Candy Fluff smells just like Rock Star Soap which has a creamy sugary sweet candy scent with a touch of vanilla. Its like cotton candy ground up into powder.
The consistency of Candy Fluff is very nice. It does not have that super fine consistency of baby powder but is more substantial.
The only thing I'm not crazy about is that Candy Fluff contains glitter. Luckily the glitter is heavier than the powder so it tends to fall to the floor so only a small amount sticks to the skin. If you want more of the glitter you can rub the powder puff (not included) you can easily pick up the glitter that fell.
I can't get dressed without powder anymore and Candy Fluff is my number one choice. It smells fantastic and keeps me feeling fresh and dry all day.
