I love this product!  It's one of my favorite products from Lush!  It's best used with hot water, so that it melts into your skin, leaving it soft and smooth.  If you try to use it with cold water, it doens't melt and does not work very well.  For that reason, I love using this product during the winter, when you want to scrub away all your dry skin!  I also have sensitive skin, so this does not irritate it at all, like many scrubs do.
