L'Oreal Voluminous Waterproof Mascara — 

Loreal Voluminous mascara adds volume and depth to the scarcest of eyelashes.  For around $6 this mascara provides movie-star lashes.  I have used the product for at least 10 years, it is by far better than any of the top of the line mascaras.
