I received a sample of this and once I tried it I was hooked. I had to go out and purchase a full bottle and also the conditioner. This is one of the best shampoos I have used. The way it moisturizes and cleans without stripping your color will amaze you, it also helps keep your color truer longer. My hair feels so much better since using this, it has so much more shine than it had before. I love all the L'Oreal Shampoos but I think this is my favorite. L'Oreal shampoos are affordable and that is a must in my household with the economy the way it is today. I highly recommend at least trying this shampoo. Effectiveness This shampoo is great for colored hair, it cleans without stripping your color. It lathers great which is a must for me. Your hair will not feel weighed down and flat using this shampoo. Scent I love the scent of this shampoo, it is a very pleasant, nice scent, not overwhelming like a lot that are on the market today.

I had treated myself to a more expensive color treatment, and wanted to really try to maintain it. L'Oreal is a very trusted brand in beauty. The ads for this shampoo made it sound fantastic, and I tried it when I noticed it had gone on sale at my local drugstore. The packaging on this product is very sleek, and the shampoo itself feels very luxurious. I am very skeptical of the claims for increased shine from a shampoo, and this one actually delivers. It made my hair less dull and my ends seemed healthier. As for helping with color loss, I unfortunately still saw color in the suds. However, this shampoo has such a nice texture to it, I would recommend it on the basis of giving your hair increased shine. Effectiveness Still had color loss in the suds, but my hair did look and feel healthier and less dull. I had several friends ask me if I had undergone a shine treatment at a salon. I told them it was from this shampoo. Scent Nice, rich scent to it. I have always liked the smell of the conditioning packets that come in boxed hair colors, and this reminded me of those packets.

I have thick curly hair and this shampoo works great. I tried this shampoo the first time because I saw it on sale and I actually had a coupon for it. So I got it for a great price. What a surprise that I found a shampoo that was not super expensive and I liked it. It is nice to have a shampoo that works for color treated hair that doesn't dry the hair out. I felt my hair looked and felt healthier when I was using this shampoo. The smell is nice also. I loved how my hair felt after I was done. It felt so soft and silky. Which is hard to do as you get older and your hair gets coarser and dryer. So I really liked this product. I felt like it helped me not get so many split ends and also helped my curly hair to not be so frizzy. I also liked using the matching conditioner. I would use this again. The L'Oreal Vive Pro Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo is a great product at a great price. I've used several bottles of this shampoo now and I love it! I have really long hair (down to my belly button) and the L'Oreal Vive Pro Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo not only makes my hair clean but leaves it smooth, shiny, and manageable- which is saying something when your hair is long, it can get into a tangled mess so easily. Effectiveness This shampoo not only got my hair clean but also helped it maintain it's color, shine, and manageability. Like I said, my hair is pretty long and I use a lot of shampoo. It can be hard to find a good quality shampoo for an affordable price. The L'Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo fits the bill. Scent Not a bad scent at all. It's not overly perfumey or flowery. It's actually pretty mild. I wouldn't have minded something with a sweeter fragrance but it's also nice to know that if I decide to wear perfume that day that the fragrances aren't going to conflict.

I do not have color treated hair, so I would not have thought to buy this shampoo. But I received a free sample of it, so of course, I decided to try it. I have long, straight hair, which tends to tangle a lot. What I liked about the L'Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo was that it made my hair feel really nice and soft/smooth after using it. That made my hair a lot easier to comb than when I use a lower quality shampoo. In addition to that, the shampoo also had a really nice scent without it being too powerful. For the most important thing, effectiveness in cleaning my hair, the L'Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo did a good job of doing that. But then again, most shampoos in the market today do that, right? I would consider buying the shampoo again, if I could get a really good deal on it. Otherwise, I would consider it to be too expensive compared to many other shampoos. Effectiveness It left my hair feeling clean, smooth, and soft.

As I get older I need to color my hair on a more regular basis. I have used many a different brand and of all the different color protecting shampoo's I have tried, L'Oreal's Vive Pro Color Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo (that sounds like a tongue-twister) is one of, if not, the best. This shampoo from L'Oreal really helps extend the life of my in home coloring. By washing my hair every day with this shampoo, it not only protects the color but actually enriches it. It leaves my color looking rich and vibrant for far longer. This shampoo also does a great job at moisturizing my hair. My hair is typically very dry. Thankfully, this shampoo not only nourishes my hair but also hydrates and adds shine to it. Not only does it provide great results, but it also smells great too. I love the way my hair smells after using this shampoo. One other bonus is the color of the bottle. I love the bold, vivid, red color of this shampoo. This always resonates with me whenever I see it on the shelf and I am browsing the shampoo, as if it is calling out my name. I would most definitely recommend L'Oreal Vive Pro Color Vive Hi-Gloss Shampoo. I would rate this a full 10 out of 10.

I only used this shampoo from Loreal Vive Pro once and was not impressed. First off I didn't like the smell at all and smell plays a very big factor in my shampoo purchases. Second it didn't lather like regular shampoo so I felt like I needed to use more to feel like it was working. Thirdly it made my hair feel oily and stringy. I usually have frizzy hair but after using this it made my hair feel like I had not washed it in days. I like to have my hair feel silky smooth and soft to the touch not greasy after washing. I will probably use it a few more times (since I might have used too much) and adjust how much of it I use, maybe it will change my opinion of it but so far I am not impressed. Effectiveness left my hair feeling greasy Scent does not smell pleasing to me at all

L'Oreal Color Vive shampoo really does make the color last longer. I color my hair myself, and we all know that the products for home coloring aren't the best. The shampoo has a good lather and when you rinse it leaves just enough of your own hair oils to keep hair from feeling dry. In other words, it doesn't rinse squeaky clean but that's a good thing with dried-out colored hair. I've been using this shampoo for over a year and I don't have to color my hair again for 4-5 months instead of every three months. (I do have to do my roots about every 3 months, though.) Even though I have oily scalp this shampoo doesn't make it worse. I highly recommend it!

I have been using L'Oreal vive pro color shampoo for 5 years+. It leaves my hair clean and shinny, and keeps the color bright. I have tried cheaper shampoos, that promised the same quality. I have not found any other product to measure up to pro color vive. The fragrance is light and pleasant. I trust any product by L'Oreal. I get a lot of compliments on how shinny my hair always looks. I tell them, "It's is the shampoo, L'Oreal vive pro color". If I am away from home and forget my shampoo, my hair does not look it's best until I return to L'Oreal color vive. I will go to the store and buy more. You can purchase L'Oreal products in most drug stores, grocery stores and department stores. The moisturizers keep my hair from drying out when blow drying my hair and using curling iron and curling brushes. With the price of getting my hair done in the salon, I try to keep the color and style as long as I can. Color pro helps me do this. I trust L'Oreal products to do as they promise. It cleans my hair, leaving it squeaky clean. Yet, it is mild enough, that when my grandchildren visit, I use it to shampoo their hair. Leaving their long beautiful hair shinny, with lots of bounce. With false promises and advertising that are made today, it means a lot to have trust and confidence in a product and the company that produces it. I encourage anyone that is not excited about their hair products, to give L'Oreal color vive a try. You will not be sorry. They make other formulas of this product for various types of hair. There is a formula for dry, fine, sun damaged and other types of hair. Give your hair a healthy shine and you will hear wonderful comments about your hair too.
