L'Oreal Skin Genesis Serum Review

I recently tried a couple of products from the L'Oreal Skin Genesis line.  I was especially impressed by the pre-moisture serum.  This is saying a lot, as I have tried a lot of skin serums like those from Olay, Philosophy, Aveeno and Patricia Wexler.

I find that most serums have rely on silicone and other "-cone" products to give one's skin a smooth feeling.  They make the application of makeup nicer, but they don't do a whole lot to give lasting improvement to one's skin.  Plus they make the serum feel like its just sitting on the surface, and if its not penetrating your skin what's the point?

Well, with the Skin Genesis, you can really feel it going in, and it is so refreshing and feels almost soothing.  It isn't greasy or heavy at all. 

The scent is also nice, not at all heavy or lingering.  I can't imagine anyone not liking it.

On top of all that, the container is so chic and modern-looking, I'm sure it would look great on anyone's countertop.  It is a sleek-looking airless pump.  That way one doesn't have to deal with the hassle and unsanitariness of a jar.

It also has "green chemistry" ingredients, special plant-derived ingredients, instead of the animal products.  That's a bonus!

I was definitely glad I tried it, as it is truly different from everything else out there.  If the current feel of my skin is any indication, I think the long term results are going to be great!
