For years I have had issues with dark circle under by eyes. Being younger (mid 20s) I was very frustrated with the circles (made my eyes look very aged and tired). On a whim I decided to try the L'Oreal Men's Expert Circle Eraser, Anit-Dark Circle Eye Moisturizer. At first I saw no difference, but after about one week, maybe two weeks, of use I started to notice lighter circles around my eyes. As I continued to use it I continued to see improved results. After about 3 weeks of use I even had a close friend who commented that my eyes looked "less tired" (she didn't know I was using the product). I used it twice a day, once in the morning and once before bed. As the title says its not magic. It will not work over night and should be used as part of an over all face regiment. If you are out late the night before and only get 3 hours of sleep, there will be dark circle and there is no cream or moisturizer out there that will address that problem.
