L'Oreal HIP Eyeshadow Review

I purchased 2 of the L'Oreal HIP Eyeshadow duo's. The colors are beautiful and yes, high pigment. I do find the shadows to be high quality, lovely colors, and long lasting, especially when layered on top of a good shadow base. But, because of the high pigmentation I think it's best left for people who are very good at make up application and techniques. I don't see this as a con. This is very good eyeshadow, BECAUSE of the pigmentation and quality. It's just if you aren't the best at applying and blending, these maybe a little too harsh.

Of course, I don't discourage anyone from getting these shadows and playing around and trying things out and finding a way to wear them. If you can apply them properly, you have a wonderful quality make up that will last and look beautiful. Practice makes perfect and these shadows would look perfect with the proper application techniques. I encourage experienced make up girls to try them and unexperienced make up girls to learn how to apply them. (I'm the latter).
