I have been using L'Oreal cream hair coloring for over 30 years and i'm happy to say, i'm pleased with this product. I was 25 years old when i start to color my hair, first to change the color and later to cover the gray. My first hair color was the L'Oreal cream hair color for years i've been using the same brand. I'm sixty years old and have a full head of hair, my hair is healthy unlike some of my friends who preferred other hair products and are loosing hair. I do a touch up every 6 wks and for quite a while i'm stuck on the same color. Medium Maple Brown 5AR.

L'Oreal Excellence is one of the best hair colors out there! I color my hair monthly to cover greys and I find this is the most gentle product I've come across. Not only gentle but the cream is thick and covers well which eliminates drips and splashes. Nothing worse then stepping in a glob of hair color and tracking it through the house! The smell is also nice, my boyfriend hasn't mentioned the scent even when I color the same day that I see him. I highly recommend!

I was looking for good quality value-for-money dye for a long time, as most of every dye I've been tried last max 2 weeks and than gone with water) i've decide to try this as I heard lots of advertising and why not to try something new? its very easy to use, smells good, fast effect, can color your skin so be careful, cover gray hair, color doesn't run away ( at least for 6-8 weeks), hair after dye shiny like you are a beauty model - gives you extra vibes! hair stays alive and I can say dye do not affect it at all in a bad way

This is my go-to when I make an impulsive decision to go a few shades darker or add an auburn tint. The colors are vibrant and have nice highlights to them. Pretty easy to apply, just a tad messy

I'm a redhead and I dye my hair a little bit darker shade of red on a regular basis. The problem with red hair dye is that the pigment lasts less time compared to other hair colors. It was way too expensive to go to a salon and get my hair dyed on a monthly basis. I started doing it at home instead to save money. I've tried a lot of different at home dyes and the L'Oreal Excellence Creme hair color is one of my favorites. For different shades of red I find L'Oreal Excellence Creme to have a very good selection which is sometimes difficult to find. The colors portrayed on their box are fairly accurate. A lot of times I've had too much of a pink tint, or a brown tint to my hair hair color with other brands but what's on the box of Excellence Creme is actually how my hair turns out. It takes 25 minutes to complete the process. This hair dye has less of that horrible smell than some of the others. It doesn't appear to damage my hair that much. The color lasts a few weeks for me, which is about the longest I can ever get the red dyes to last. Overall, I recommend it. For those dying your hair red, they have a great selection of reds and the color is just how it is pictures on the box. [I can't speak for the other colors] It doesn't smell as bad as some dyes and doesn't seem to damage the hair as much. Give it a try.
