I went to florida for the first time a few years ago. In late June. And I have curly hair. This was NOT my best idea. After a few days of dealing with this craziness I had to find a cure. My best friend was kind enough to take me to the nearest drug store, where I found my new best friend. I don't usually do product. Mousse makes my hair crispy and dry and I'm not even talking about hair spray. I like my look natural- but every time I find something I like they take it off the market. I have an actual basket- large mind you- of products that I've tried and rejected and am too cheap to throw away. I want easy, I want non- oily, I want something I can hit it and be done with it. Which is how I wound up in the hair care section of a walgreens in south florida arguing with my best friend about what would happen if I put this in my curly hair. My debit card tipped the argument in my favor and off we went. I had salt water and sunscreen in my hair. And my hair had gone Poing several hours before on the back of a ski-doo. I won't say it cured all my ills or made my life fabulous. It did smooth my hair though. Really really well. And that's what makes my world go 'round. This time.

I have thick hair that goes completely wild on humid days so I was super excited about L'Oreal EverSleek Sulfate-Free Smoothing System leave in Creme. I felt very confident that this product could calm my wild hair. I was insanely dissappointed the very first time I tried this product. I am confident that I did not overuse the product, but this product left my hair feeling greasy and untouchable. I felt that my hair was uncontrolleable for an entirely different reason. My hair felt so disgusting that I could not run my hands through my hair. I will say that this product probably did eliminate some of the the humidity induced frizz, but it created something far worse and far less exceptible. I tried this product a few more times and I had the same results. I will never purchase this product again. In my opinion, the other products in the Eversleek line are far better than this one.

I have always had problems with my hair getting frizzy and poofy. I've tried SO many different types and brands of hair products to tame my hair- conditioners, sprays, gels, leave-in treatments, etc. None of them got rid of my frizz as they claimed. I recently tried Loreal EverSleek Leave-In Creme and was amazed at the results I got! I rubbed it through my hair after washing (while still wet) and let it air dry. My hair was noticeably less frizzy and poofy and had a much silkier feel to it. Another thing I love about this product is that it did NOT leave my hair feeling greasy like some others that I have tried! Loreal EverSleek is also very reasonably priced, especially for what it does. You only need to use a small amount at a time, so it lasts. It comes in a convenient pump bottle, which makes styling quicker and easier! I would recommend this to anyone who is battling with frizzy hair!

Having received 3 hair products from L'Oreal, it was time to try the EverSleek Sulfate-Free Smoothing System Leave-in Creme. I didn't like the shampoo, but found the conditioner to work fine. I washed my hair with a color treated shampoo, and then used a cheap conditioner on it. My hair was clean, but it still had the odd tangle in it, due to me backcombing my hair every day. I opened the 0.34 fluid ounce sachet (10 ml) of the Leave-in Creme, and loved the feminine, floral fragrance. The creme is runnier than a conditioner, more the thickness of a body lotion. I squeezed it all out, and rubbed my hands together. I then started on my scalp, and ran my fingers down through my damp hair. I had a couple of places where my fingers got stuck, but continued trying, until all the tangles were gone. I then dried, and styled my hair. My hair felt soft, smooth, and conditioned. I like the fact that the EverSleek products are sulfate-free, silicone-free, and contain natural oils, and botanicals.
