L'Oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover Review

I bought the L'oreal Dermo-Expertise Refreshing Eye Makeup Remover from Target for eight dollars. It comes in a small clear container and the liquid is blue. Be sure to notice that the makeup is oil free, which means it probably won't remove... well, anything. I tried it out, and indeed, the makeup remover is very refreshing. The liquid is cool and soothing. Unfortunately, I had to scrub my eyes really hard to get the traces of makeup off. I will not be buying this product again because it doesn't work as advertised. It claims to remove all makeup and it removed none. In addition, I don't want to do any further damage to my eyelids by rubbing and scrubbing so hard. I strongly suggest for you to buy Pond's makeup remover,which works wonders and is now my ultimate favorite. For eight dollars, this product was not worth it and a waste of money. Beware! Just because it's from L'oreal, it doesn't mean it works better than cheaper brands.
