The L'Oreal Brow Stylist Professional 3-in-1 Brow Tool, Blonde has it all - a brow pencil, brow brush and tweezers.  Have you ever been putting on your makeup and seen a stray eyebrow hair that needs to be removed and you don't have your tweezers with you?  With the L'Oreal Brow Stylist Professional 3-in-1 Brow Tool, Blonde this will never happen since you have tweezers in the pencil cap. 

It is convenient to have the tweezers and brow brush as part of the pencil.  The pencil is a good shade for blondes.  The tweezers are good but they are small.  You would only want to use them for touch-ups. 

I will definitely buy the  L'Oreal Brow Stylist Professional 3-in-1 Brow Tool, Blonde again.
