my son purchased a lawnmower for me with an extended warranty on his credit card which i paid him for .i usually dont fool with extra warranties but he thought it was a good idea. well i still have nearly  a year on the plan and it wont start wehave called off and on for over a week and its always were so sorry someone will definetly call you tonight or tommorrow . well tommorrrow has still not come and i want action my son called customer service and was told that person was only there during morning hours .does no one care about the customer any more ?im giving them one more day and im calling...

I went to Lowe's in MI to purchase paint for my house.  I wanted a color matched, but the snotty girl behind the counter stated that I had to try and find a color myself by looking at the cards in the display.  I left all of my painting supplies I was going to purchase sitting on the counter and walked out the door.  Home Depot is the only store for me. 

And this is not the first experience I have had with Lowe's for crappy salespeople.

I remodle modular homes. Lowes is the only place I can find floor registers small enough to fit in the spaces that are precut. Now I don't have to go to a specialty online store to get what I need.

The clearance items are really marked down. I purchased a kitchen sink that was originally $180. I got it for $20. I purchased lighting at enormous discounts.
