LISAP Color Balm —
Looking for a color line that is gentle on your hair, won't dry it out? This line is awsome!! It covers gray, is conditioning (has a lanolin based developer) , has low amonia (less than 2%) and when used with the neutralizing shampoo and ph balancing conditioner provides outstanding results that last. Lisap is a professional line. (also affiliated with L'oreal) You can look them up online and find local salons that use this line. I have been using it for over 3 years now, and I have yet to find one complaint!!!
